OVERBUILT “CRAZY 21S” TRIAL WORKOUT

||  THE WORKOUT  ||

||  Set Up  ||

The goal of the workout is to complete 4 rounds. First, Start with 21s (7 bottom half of rep, 7 top half of rep, 7 full reps) on Goblet Squat, BB Bicep Curl, BB Skull Crusher, and Standing Calf Raise, next 30 calories on the Bike, then complete 20 Hanging Leg Raises. 
Pick weights that challenge you, the goal is to not be able to do another rep even if you wanted to at the end of every set.

  • 21s - BB Bent Over Row
  • 21s - BB Standing Shoulder Press
  • 21s - BB Bicep Curl
  • 21s - BB Skull Crusher
  • 21s - Standing Calf Raise
