Daily Grind Membership
The "Daily Grind" is a hardcore daily workout for those wanting to build muscle and/or lose fat. The workouts are a blend of old school bodybuilding, new age machines, endurance, and hard work designed to keep you at peak performance.
- Our goal is to create a "hybrid" athlete who can lift heavy weights and then go run a half marathon.
- New workouts will post every single day at 5:00P.M. CST.
- Previous 2 workouts shown before disappearing.
- The training splits will change between 8-12 weeks in order to keep workouts feeling fresh.
