|| Set-Up ||

The goal is to complete the workout as fast as possible, First, start with 3 sets of 20 reps each of pack squats, pack step ups, pack step over, and pack step under, next 50 burpees, then finish the workout off by completing a 2-mile ruck.

Pack Weight Standards:
- Beginner - 45lb
- Intermediate - 70lb
- Elite - 100lb
